Granite Countertops in Cleveland, TN
Granite is a natural stone, so every slab carries its own movement, mineral flecks, and depth of colour. We help you pick the slab in person, plan the seams around how you actually use the kitchen, and install with our own crew rather than handing the job to a subcontractor.
Choosing a granite slab
Photographs flatten stone. Two slabs cut from the same block can read completely differently once they are under kitchen lighting, so we encourage clients to see samples at the showroom and, for larger kitchens, to view full slabs before committing. We look at how the veining will run across an island, where a sink cutout will land, and which edge profile suits the cabinet style you have chosen.
Templating, fabrication, and installation
After cabinets are set we template the actual room instead of working from a drawing, which keeps the fit tight against walls that are rarely perfectly square. Fabrication covers sink and cooktop cutouts, the edge profile you selected, and any backsplash pieces. Installation is handled by our own team, so the person measuring your kitchen and the person setting the stone answer to the same shop.
Living with granite
Granite handles heat well and stands up to daily kitchen use. Because it is a porous natural stone it does benefit from periodic sealing, and we walk you through the care routine at handover so the surface keeps its finish for the long run.
