Service Agreement

All installation work is performed under a written estimate and signed proposal that becomes the governing contract for that project. Warranty terms for materials and labor are stated in your written estimate and signed proposal.

Liability

Liability is limited to the contract price of the project, except where Tennessee law provides otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under a Value Flooring contract will first be addressed by good-faith conversation. Unresolved disputes will be handled in Bradley County, Tennessee.
